In any of the world's ports, including St. Petersburg's, there are different terminals designed to handle various types of cargoes and differing in their operating procedures, paperwork, throughput capacity and storage areas, shipping schedules, methods of cargo supply, peculiarities of customs procedures, and service rates.
   Taking into account the specific features of each terminal and the general scheme of your shipment and depending on the range of services you need, our experts will select the right terminal that is best for you from every point of view.
   Working with terminals on exclusive terms, we offer our customers minimum rates for the handling of cargoes in the port, which include all the necessary services:

Our transportation department provides road haulage services using the fleet of trucks of our subsidiary company. Such tandem allows us to offer our customers minimum rates also for the ground transportation of cargoes. We carry standard, heavy-weight and dangerous cargoes and deliver goods to Russian importers under customs control in accordance with the DKD (Delivery Control Document) and TIR-Carnet procedures. We also use vehicles of the most reputable St. Petersburg road haulage companies which can guarantee on-time container delivery and cargo safety. When trucks are supplied to other Russian cities, we offer 48 hours of free waiting time at the customer's site.
    In case of export shipments by rail we accept the cargo from the shipper either in a railroad car or in a container from the Railroad Ministry park on a Free On Rail (FOR) basis at the site of loading, we pay railroad tariffs and keep track of the movement of the cargo until it reaches the St. Petersburg Port via railroad stations Avtovo or Novy Port. In case of import we ensure delivery to the FOR station of the recipient on similar terms.

Once involved in the freight forwarding process, the customer begins to pay attention to such "subtleties" as the quality of service, notably, promptness of information, resolution of out-of-the-ordinary situations, efficiency in dealing with authorities, paperwork and document management, speed of cargo movement through all the stages of the shipment, cargo safety guarantees, coordination among different modes of transport, and additional services.
